Meet your driver at arrivals: how pickup works

A clear meeting point makes it easier to find your ride after landing:

1. When booking, enter your flight details, accommodation address and passenger count. Request any baby or child seats you need.
2. Your flight is monitored, and your driver arranges the pickup around your arrival.
3. Go to the arrivals hall (arrivals terminal) of Palma Airport, between columns 3 and 4, in front of the Paul Express coffee shop.
4. Identify your driver by the sign displaying your name, then travel directly to your hotel, apartment or villa address.

On average, the journey from the baggage belt to the car takes 7 minutes. Baby seats, child seats and boosters are free.

Public bus to Port Andratx

TIB’s A11 connects the airport with Camp de Mar, but does not continue to Port Andratx. From Palma’s Estació Intermodal, TIB service 101 runs through Camp de Mar and Andratx to Port Andratx.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight. One hour of waiting is included, starting from the actual landing. If your flight is delayed, that delay extends the included hour; waiting is covered up to two hours after the actual landing.
