Meet your driver in the arrivals hall

After collecting your bags, go to the arrivals hall (arrivals terminal) of Palma Airport, between columns 3 and 4, in front of the Paul Express coffee shop. Your driver will be there with a board showing your name.

How a metered taxi fare is worked out

A metered fare reflects the tariff period, distance travelled, traffic and waiting time. What to know about the public bus to Illetas

Settle into Illetas and its coastal coves

Illetas is a residential and visitor neighbourhood in Calvià, between Cal Català and Bendinat. Several bathing coves line the coast, and a group of small offshore islets gives the area its name. A coastal fort and a defensive tower face the islets. In Catalan, the official name is Illetes.

Frequently asked questions

Do babies count as passengers?

Yes. Children and babies count towards the passenger total, and each needs a seat.

Is there a surcharge for evening pickups?

Pickups in the 20:00–22:00 period carry a night surcharge. The booking form shows the applicable price before you confirm.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor your flight. The included wait starts at touchdown and lasts for one hour. If your flight is late, that delay extends the included waiting period, which can continue up to two hours after the actual landing.

Are child seats included?

Baby seats, child seats and boosters are free. Tell us what you need when you book; bringing your own seat is also fine.

How much luggage can I bring?

Each passenger can bring one standard suitcase up to 23 kg, one piece of hand luggage and one small personal item. Declare any extra suitcase during reservation; each costs €7.

Can I cancel my transfer?

Yes. You can cancel without charge up to 24 hours before pickup.

How early should I book?
