The fare is set at reservation and remains unchanged afterwards. Your party is taken in its reserved vehicle to the hotel, apartment or villa address. For pickups from 20:00 to 22:00, any night supplement depends on the destination and party size; the booking form displays it as part of the fare.

Minibus transfers at Palma Airport for groups of 9 to 12

Bookings for 9 to 12 passengers are assigned a minibus. This gives your party a single journey from arrivals to its chosen address. Our Majorca minibus transfers are arranged around the destination and the number of travellers entered in the form, which displays the fare for that booking.

Free child seats for children and babies

Please include every child and baby in the passenger total; each requires an individual seat. A baby seat, child seat or booster can be added without an extra charge. You may also use your own child seat. Specify your requirements when making the reservation so the arrangements suit your family.

Luggage allowance for your group

For each traveller, the allowance covers a regular suitcase weighing no more than 23 kg, a hand-luggage item and a small personal item. A further suitcase costs €7 apiece and must be listed during reservation. When organising the group’s bags, count the allowance for each passenger and declare any additional suitcase.

Meet your driver in the arrivals hall

Your driver waits at the arrivals hall (arrivals terminal) of Palma Airport, between columns 3 and 4, in front of the Paul Express coffee shop, holding a sign with your name. Your party has one clear place to gather after collecting its luggage. From there, the private transfer takes you to the hotel, apartment or villa address you provide. How taxi meters work for groups

The official Mallorca taxi tariff describes a metered fare shaped by the tariff period, distance, traffic, waiting time and supplements. Taxis add a passenger supplement from 5 passengers. A private transfer gives your party a fare agreed before departure and a driver waiting in arrivals with your name.

How many passengers can travel together?

A reservation can include up to 12 passengers, carried in a vehicle reserved for the party. For bookings with 9 to 12 passengers, the vehicle is a minibus.

Are child seats free?

What happens if our flight is delayed?

We track your flight. The included waiting period starts at the actual landing and lasts one hour. If your flight is late, that delay lengthens the waiting period, with the cutoff no later than two hours after the actual landing.

At the arrivals hall (arrivals terminal) of Palma Airport, between columns 3 and 4, in front of the Paul Express coffee shop. Your driver will be holding a sign with your name.

Can we cancel for free?

Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup.
